Take a bath in Epsom Salt. Epsom salts will help you to continue your relaxation experience. Its recommended to use up to 2 lbs. of salt per bath. Lighted candles, soft music and essential oils in the bath water will add to your continued relaxation. Note: Not recommended for Diabetics |

Use ice packs or heat packs on any area that is tender, sore or inflamed. Ice packs should be used to keep any swelling down if an injury has occurred. |

When using an ice pack, make sure it is wrapped in a towel. Place the wrapped ice pack on the area that is sore for 20 minutes. Remove and repeat every 20 minutes for relief. |

Do not do any strenuous exercise immediately after a massage, such as jogging, aerobic or any other physically active work or sport. |

Some people can experience headaches and nausea following a massage. This is due to the increase in circulation and the release of toxins and cellular waste. Drinking water will alleviate this. |
